How do I submit a referral to Rws?
We're currently operating on email referrals to [email protected]. The best way to send a referral is through an introduction email; writing an email to both Rws, and your referral introducing us. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] with the name of the business you're referring, a contact email address, and a telephone number. It's also extremely helpful to include more information on what services they would be interested in. As soon as your email is received, our team will begin tracking and attributing any future sales from this business to you.
How do I see the progress of my referral?
If your referral advances in any stage in our onboarding process, you will be notified via email. For example, you will be notified after a introductory call has been completed, when a proposal has been sent, and when the referral has been officially on-boarded.
How do I get paid?
Currently, all commission payments are processed in PayPal. When you've been awarded a commission, our team will capture your PayPal e-mail address to send payment. Commission payments are typically sent 3-5 days after we have received payments from your referral.
What's my commission percentage?
We have a 3-tier structure for commission payments, depending on the type of contract the referral chooses. We have a wide variety of services, which can be purchased in the form of an Hourly Retainer, Fixed Project, or a Monthly Retainer Agreement.

Hourly Retainer, 10%: Clients can purchase a flexible hourly retainer, starting at 10-hour blocks. Hours are reduced from their balance as work is requested.
Fixed Project, 15%: Clients can choose a one-time fixed payment for a service in return.
Monthly Retainer, 15%: Clients can choose a Monthly Retainer that's determined based on the services required. There is no minimum amount of hours required. Partners are paid on the monthly basis, assuming the contract is still active. If a contract is terminated, commission payments are also terminated.
How much does Rws charge clients?
Rws determines the amount to be charged based on the amount of work required, and the size of the client's business. Each project is estimated differently, as different factors are involved. For Hourly Retainers, our rate is $75/HR and there is a 10-hour block minimum. If you would like an estimate for a particular service, please contact us.
